Photos and media

When you capture or upload property photos, those images and any associated metadata (such as exposure values, capture order, and room type) are uploaded to our processing infrastructure so we can generate edited results and deliver them back to you or your company.

Company information

If you enter a company code to unlock guided capture, we associate your uploads with that company and record the photographer name and, if you provide it, the photographer email you enter so the company can identify and contact whoever captured the work. You can use the company flow without signing in, in which case this name and optional email are the only contact details we hold for you.

Device and usage data

We collect limited technical information such as app version, device type, and basic diagnostic data to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process and deliver your photos and edited results.
• To associate uploads with the correct company and photographer.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.

3. Photo and Media Storage

Photos you upload are stored using third-party cloud storage and processing providers on our behalf. Your photos are used solely to provide the Service — to process, edit, and deliver them. We do not sell your photos.

• With your company, where you use a company code so that the resulting work can be delivered to that company.
