What is EstateCam?

EstateCam is a mobile app for real-estate photographers. It guides you through capturing HDR photo brackets of each room, then uploads them so they can be processed into polished, listing-ready images.

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. You can use the app fully as a guest. Signing in is optional — it simply lets you keep an account across devices. You can sign in anytime from the Profile tab.

What is a company code and where do I get one?

A company code unlocks guided HDR photo capture for a specific company. If you shoot for a company that uses EstateCam, they will give you the code. Enter it under Profile → Company → Enter company code.

How do I unlock the Photo tab?

The guided Photo capture tab is unlocked by entering a valid company code on the Profile tab. Once unlocked, you can follow the room guides to capture brackets.

How do I capture good HDR brackets?

Keep the phone steady, use the on-screen level to stay straight, and let each bracket complete before moving. Following the room guides for framing and order produces the most consistent results.

Where are my photos stored and are they private?

Your photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage and used only to provide the Service. We do not sell your photos. See our Privacy Policy for details.

My upload failed or is stuck — what should I do?

Check your internet connection and try again; uploads retry automatically. If a bracket keeps failing, re-capture it or switch to a more stable network. If the problem persists, contact support below.

How do I change my branding (colors, logo, agent)?

Open Profile → Branding to set your brand colors, logo, and agent details. These are applied across your templates.
